Little Flower Family Practice - Wellness

We are committed to promoting wellness for our population. To honor this commitment we encourage all of our patients to follow the preventive care screening guidelines that are recommended by the United States Preventive Care Task Force (USPSTF). Listed below are the most recent guidelines.

As we all know in life, we continue to learn constantly. Because of the research and learning in medicine, guidelines sometimes change. We keep abreast of these changes so we can offer the best research based care to our patients.

The "Framingham Risk Calculator" at the bottom of this page will calculate your 10 year risk of having a hear attack (if you do not already have heart disease or diabetes).
